Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program (provided training) * Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis * Host two open houses each month * Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards * Take part in team activities according to team guidelines * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties * Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services * Negotiate offers for your sellers * Record activities and manage clients using PLACE Technology Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
