Mission The Sales Support Officer ensures the operational follow-up of price quotations and orders until delivery and installation. He/She is also responsible for customer invoicing and the collection of related payments. He/She handles all communications with the customer, while ensuring quality and continuous process improvement. About Trasis Trasis was founded in 2004. Reponsibilities * Enter and distribute price quotations and order confirmations while ensuring their follow up. * Coordinate all communications with the customer and guarantee customer satisfaction. * Determine and communicate delivery timelines based on stock analysis and monitoring. * Identify customer needs and participate in the creation of forecasts. * Convert sales orders into invoices and credit notes for customers, in compliance with accounting and tax regulations. * Follow up on sales invoices until payment, including handling claims related to sales invoices. * Monitor the customer aging balance and take payment reminder actions to reduce overdue accounts. * Participate in the optimization of the different processes and procedures. * Ensure the update of data in the ERP. Qualifications * You have an associate degree in Business administration or accounting with a minimum of 2 years customer services data entry and invoicing experience. * You have a first convincing experience in a similar position. * You have an excellent knowledge of the Office suite, experience with Sage is a plus. * You have a good organization and sense of priorities. * You are proactive and solution oriented * You demonstrate a real aptitude for problem solving * You have an ability to analyze, synthesize and write * You demonstrate rigor and attention to detail * You are a Team player * You have excellent interpersonal skills in all circumstances * You gave an ability to find solutions in urgent situations, under stress * French (oral and written) is an asset * Basic knowledge in accounting is a plus.
