Full description of the position

Essential Functions: * Analyze historical data to provide sales insights on performance, seasonality, and high-level trends. * Analyze sales data and to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. * Play an integral role within the sales operations team to enforce Salesforce best practices within the sales team. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, warranties, customer onboarding, and general support. * Manage the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders. * Planning and coordinating shipments of solar module pallets, ensuring effective communication of any issues or updates to our customers throughout transportation. * Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment with sales objectives. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. * Performs other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience: * Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the solar industry. * Technical understanding of solar power systems and inverters is a plus. * Ability to work with customers on technical questions and solutions, drawing expertise from the company's application engineering team and working closely with all other departments. * Experience with Excel, Fishbowl, Oracle, HubSpot, and Salesforce is a plus but not required. Skills and Abilities: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic PC skills. * Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems. * Ability to adjust, adapt, and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced and dynamic environments. * Excellent communication, both spoken and written, and interpersonal skills. * High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external groups. * Ability to effectively multi-task and manage daily, weekly, and monthly required work tasks. * Must be able to directly interface with various individuals, companies, and vendors to create, maintain, and solidify strong relationships. * Overtime and weekend work may be required based on product and/or departmental needs. Physical Demands: * Typical demands in an office environment include typing, sitting, and looking at a computer monitor for extended periods. * Occasionally lift, carry, move, and/or position objects weighing up to 51 pounds unassisted when performing essential job functions. * When performing essential job functions, the worker may need to bend, stoop, crouch, ascend, and/or descend regularly. * Constantly observes, assesses, inspects, communicates, detects, conveys, and exchanges information when performing essential job functions.
