Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to bring in qualified leads, work with our team-generated leads, and help close deals. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping clients navigate their real estate journey while achieving your professional goals. Responsibilities: * Actively follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other communication methods to generate and nurture leads. * Prepare and manage contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth transaction process. * Host open houses to connect with potential buyers and showcase properties. * Serve as the primary point of contact between buyers and sellers, ensuring seamless communication and a successful sale. * Identify prospective homebuyers and provide personalized guidance on properties that meet their needs and budget. * Work closely with clients to buy and sell properties, offering expert advice and support throughout the process. * Leverage team-provided leads and resources to maximize sales opportunities. * Collaborate with team members to share strategies and achieve collective goals. * Maintain accountability and strive to exceed performance metrics. Qualifications: * Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation. * A minimum of 1 year of relevant real estate experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven track record of successful real estate sales. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Active Colorado Real Estate License required.
