What You 'll Do As an In-Field Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our brand in some of Florida's fastest-growing residential communities. You'll meet homeowners in person, learn about their vision, and guide them through each step of the planning and sales process--from the first hello to a signed contract. Your day-to-day will include: * Engaging with prospective clients via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings to introduce our services and understand their needs. * Conducting on-site assessments and feasibility evaluations. * Presenting tailored pool design concepts and discussing upgrade options. * Following up on detailed proposals outlining scope, pricing, and value. * Educating clients on timelines, permitting processes, and maintenance expectations. * Collaborating with our design and construction teams for smooth project handoffs. * Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. * Staying current on trends in pool design, outdoor living, and construction. What You Bring to the Table * 2+ years of successful sales experience (construction, home improvement, or luxury goods preferred) * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset * Strong time management and the ability to work independently * Comfort using CRM tools, mobile apps, and virtual presentation platforms * A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a desire for continual growth * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in Fortune 500 or high-performance sales environments is a plus.
