Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager/Sales Specialist to join our family. The ideal candidate has many years of sales experience, as well as experience in the health, wellness or medical field. They will play a crucial role in the new patient process by performing neuropathy screening tests, conducting in-depth consultations, and presenting treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcome for the treatment of the patient's neuropathy. This position requires strong sales skills, interpersonal skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism. Case Manager Duties will Include: * New patient screening tests (Nitric Oxide Testing, Nerve Sensitivity Testing, Thermal Images) * New patient consultations * Presentation of exam results, treatment plan and financial investment * Starting patients on a treatment program * Payment processing, financing and payment plan assistance * Processing patient paperwork & completing SOAP notes * Tracking stats & updating marketing software with appointment results * Weekly sales training & role play Qualifications * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients. * Experience in sales is a must, demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate value propositions. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. * Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. * Compassionate nature with a commitment to advocating for clients' best interests. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. * Relevant educational background or experience in the health, wellness or medical field is preferred.
