Automotive BDC Representative (Business Development Center) Maverick Car Company - Boise, ID Full Time | On-Site | Entry to Mid-Level Are you great at staying organized, following up like a pro, and making people feel heard--even through a screen? Maverick Car Company is looking for a BDC Representative to be the heart of our lead response and appointment-setting process. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, communication- driven environment and wants to be a key player behind the scenes of an awesome customer experience. What You'll Be Doing * Responding to Leads: Quickly follow up with internet and phone clients via text, email, and phone. * Setting Appointments: Book qualified appointments for our sales team and ensure each customer feels taken care of from first contact. * Maintaining CRM Accuracy: Log every customer interaction and follow-up in our CRM with precision. * Staying in Sync: Coordinate with the sales team and managers to ensure smooth handoffs and no missed opportunities. * Following Processes: Work a proven communication cadence to keep leads engaged and informed.
