In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative) Opportunity to join one of the leading Shower/Bathroom remodeling groups in the Northeast (30+years). Average Annual income for our experienced Sales Consultants is $150,000+ , along with health care benefits and a 401k. In-Home Sales experience required. Our sales representatives enjoy a 5 day work week, weekly pay, healthcare benefits and an amazing culture! A full-time, outside sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible to generate your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has been done for you. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible situation to be successful. Your only focus must be on selling. We do everything else from processing the order to dealing with and changes after the product is sold. We only ask you to learn our training process and products, stay true to your training and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what we offer. Qualifications * Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills * Ability to communicate with confidence and poise * Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline * Ability to work independently * Naturally outgoing and articulate individual that is able to connect with people * Previous sales experience preferred but not needed * Technologically proficient Responsibilities * In home appointments 5 days per week * Deliver an amazing presentation to our customers * Must have the ability to close in the home * Positively represent the company when in the home We understand the investment for quality leads and commit to this so that our Sales Reps will be able to have the opportunity to earn as much as possible.
