As the fastest-growing boutique yoga studio in the nation, we are looking for passionate professionals to help drive our continued growth in Boise area. As a Sales Associate , you'll be the heartbeat of our studio--helping potential members find their perfect fit, building strong relationships, and keeping the energy high. What You 'll Do: Be the Face of the Studio - Greet every guest with enthusiasm, positivity, and expert knowledge. Drive Membership Growth - Engage potential members, follow up with leads, and confidently close sales. Create an Exceptional Member Experience - Answer questions, recommend classes, and make every interaction meaningful. Stay Organized & Proactive - Handle front desk duties, phone calls, and retail transactions like a pro. Keep the Studio Inviting - Help maintain a clean, vibrant, and welcoming environment. Be a Team Player - Jump into marketing events, community outreach, and studio promotions. What We 're Looking For: A natural people-person who loves connecting with others. A goal-driven mindset --you're motivated to meet and exceed sales targets. Comfortable making calls, sending texts, and following up with leads. Able to work 20 hours per week , including two evening shifts and one weekend shift. Flexible to work at least two of our three studio locations as needed.
