You will be responsible for creating customer relationships using strong communication skills.. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your customers to understand their business and personal needs to offer valuable options. Salary: $33000.00 - $40000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Evenings Off * Responsibilities* * Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers from provided lead list * Identify customer needs and generate prospect * Follow up on leads to set appointments * Meet or exceed weekly targets and goals Requirements * Strong phone skills * Previous experience in telemarketing preferred * excellent communication and interpersonal skills * ability to work independently and as a part of a team * strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Company Description Our Agency is located in San Antonio TX specializing in Auto, Home, Life Insurance products.
