Qualifications * Dedication to excellence and a commitment to quality * Honest, professional, independently driven and responsible * Long-term relationship building * Strong technical aptitude * Blueprint reading * Excellent communication skills * Problem solving skills * Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software * Valid driver's license and current passport * Associates degree minimum, Bachelors preferred * 3-5 years of outside industrial sales experience Responsibilities * Promote excellence throughout the organization * Visit customer and prospect facilities performing plant audits, identifying opportunities, collecting application data and understanding their existing processes * Develop appropriate sales and closing strategies * Overnight travel required * Support our manufacturer's representatives as a technical resource * Coordinate with our manufacturer's representatives and other internal departments * Learn the competition, their strengths and weaknesses and how to close against them * Enter customer communication and application data into CRM system (Goldmine) * Create and submit RFQ documentation * Create and present proposals, ROI calculations and value maps * Follow up on marketing qualified leads and submitted proposals * Training and mentoring * Other duties as assigned by National Sales Manager
