Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team and help drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the outside sales team to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Support: Assist outside sales representatives by preparing quotations presentations, and sales materials. Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and update ERP systems with customer data and sales activities. * Sales Order Processing: Convert quotations and enter sales orders into the ERP system. * Customer Support: Create RMA's and assist the Quality team with ensuring customer returns are handled effectively. Provide excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. * Administrative Tasks: Assist with organizing sales meetings and other sales-oriented tasks. Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and billing. * Training and Development: Participate in sales training sessions and learn about sales strategies and techniques. Qualifications: * 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service preferred * Effective communication and people skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Basic knowledge of ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, M1) * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Initiative-taker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
