Full description of the position
Responsibilities: Implement the US market commercial strategy in collaboration with corporate leadership. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target US industries (e.g., retail, manufacturing, consumer goods). Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and deal closure. Engage with key decision-makers to present compelling value propositions tailored to their needs. Represent the company professionally at US-based industry events, meetings, and trade shows (focused on SAP, technology, and Supply Chain). Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, providing reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Achieve and exceed assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience selling technology consulting services, preferably within the SAP ecosystem or similar enterprise solutions. Strong understanding of SAP solutions (ERP, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.) and their business benefits across various industries. Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients or accounts within the US market. Native English proficiency. Proficient in utilizing prospecting tools such as LinkedIn and CRM systems. Desirable: Previous experience working for an SAP partner consulting firm. Key Competencies: Strong execution and a focus on achieving results. Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.
