Summary As a LLS regional technical salesperson, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and key relationships with O&G producers in the defined region, driving revenue growth, profitability, and new account targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of oil field artificial lift, a strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering results in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities * Meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with O&G producers to understand their current and future artificial lift needs. * Collaborate with LLS sales teams to enable team selling and cross-product line opportunities. * Analyze the competitive landscape to position LLS solutions effectively and differentiate from competitors. * Gather customer requirements and develop lift type conversion plans to support forecasting and inventory needs. Preferred Qualifications & Experience * Proven track record of account development and achieving revenue goals. * 5+ years of artificial lift sales experience with established O&G producer relationships in the Permian Basin. * Strong understanding of O&G production applications and artificial lift solutions. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Bachelor's degree preferred * Must reside in Midland Texas.
