This person will support the installation and operations department of our corporate location. In this position your responsibility will be RMR & Service Sales and Customer Development direct with end users with an emphasis on achieving or exceeding your Recurring Revenue sales goals. Recurring Revenue Sales will be your primary focus with Security, CCTV, & Fire Alarm Recurring Services (monitoring, maintenance, inspections, etc.) and other offerings that may be added in the future. All other opportunities will be your secondary focus . Any larger project opportunities will be handed back to your supervisor for him to assign. You will be responsible for identifying and following through with direct negotiated sales of the above-mentioned systems. You will be expected to work closely with the Sales Manager in developing a solid book (minimum of 10 sales calls per week and weekly activity review meetings) of business for this office, and you may be called upon, from time- to-time, to work with other sales and engineering professionals from within the larger organization. IFSS will provide presale engineering support to ensure the solutions being proposed will be adequate for the customers' requirements. Customer visitations, cold calling, writing scopes & proposals for monitoring, maintenance, and inspection agreements will be a large part of this role. Business development, lead generation, estimating, take-offs, field surveys, sales pitches and presentations will all be a part of your responsibility at some point throughout the sales process. All proposals must be entered into HubSpot for tracking and management purposes. We/IFSS understand that product knowledge is one of the key factors in being successful. The Sales Manager will have webinars from different product lines and will be available to assist you with product knowledge. However, it is to your benefit to learn the products so that you know best how they may meet your customer's needs. Sales commissions are paid when paid by your customer. No advanced commission is due unless the customer provides a deposit, which IFSS does not require. Sales goals reset every January 1st, however commissions and WIP are carried into the following calendar year. Compensation: $20.00-$30.00 hr. depending on experience + Commission Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs, or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
