About GP Solutions and the Position * Our Sales Partners will be paid Commission and be able to earn large bonuses * Flexible schedule to work around your passions in life * Annual compensation is estimated to be between $45,000 - $95,000 depending on team performance * World Class Training is provided, one of the leaders of home allergen and dust removal * Opportunity for advancement, based on performance within 6 months * We don't work toward quota we work toward potential Qualities we are looking for: * Sales experience is preferred * Strong leadership traits - the ability to inspire others to achieve sales goals * Confidence, ambition, competitiveness * Someone who is goal-oriented and who is motivated by achieving sales goals * Someone who is honest, driven, punctual, and reliable Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old and willing to submit to a background check * High School education or equivalent * Great interpersonal and communication skills * Prior face-to-face or phone sales and customer service experience * Must have reliable transportation and driver's license * Must love to travel and earn killer bonuses with the team At GP Solutions, we've got a plan.
