Why Us: * Direct Hire Role * Competitive pay and career growth * Full-time, in-office role (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) * 50-80k yearly base and after 6 months commission based sales. As a Mechanical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the sales flow process by designing, implementing, and maintaining system designs to meet the needs of our prospects and customers. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is open and outgoing, and is a goal-driven individual. Proper execution of the process will ultimately result in the closing of sales and growth in both personal and team sales expectations. Responsibilities: * Responsible for closing of the sale. * Responsible for project design, quoting, and management. * Evaluate customer needs and present tailored solutions. * Prepare and present drawings/quotes in a professional manner. * Utilize CRM system to maintain customer data and notes. * Exceed/meet project deadlines. * Provide exceptional customer service. * Provide technical support and alternative solutions to clients. * Collaborate with team members, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Qualifications: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering. * Technical background experience related to engineering, design, manufacturing, or installation is required. * 2+ years of sales experience (strongly preferred). * Proficiency in Windows operating systems. * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Excellent attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to excel in a fast-paced working environment. * Outgoing and social personality. * Ability to work in a team setting.
