Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and fostering relationships with key clients. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize revenue. * Oversee account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional efforts. * Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. * Foster strong relationships with key customers through exceptional service and support. Requirements * Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Sales Director or similar position. * Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively. * Experience in technical sales or outside sales is highly desirable. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer feedback. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high levels of customer service. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
