Full description of the position

We are looking for a telemarketer to join the team. You will work closely with the sales and leadership teams to nurture sales leads and set up appointments. Monday - Friday. Open to part-time and full-time schedules between the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM. * Salary Range* : $16.50 - $20/hour Competitive Benefits Package * Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) * PTO program and paid holidays * 401K with employer match * Company provided life insurance (after 1 year of employment) Possible Incentive Package On the job training provided * Telemarketer Duties and Responsibilities: * Make outbound cold calls and emails to potential customers to pitch our products and services. * Field inbound calls from prospective customers answering any questions. * Gain product and service knowledge and stay up to date with our offers. * Research potential customers. * Vet potential customers through a sales funnel. * Track the contact list and maintain customer records. * Take detailed call notes and record feedback. * Follow sales scripts. * Meet or exceed sales goals. * Telemarketer Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: * Experience in outbound telemarketing * Cold calling and/or call center skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required. * Strong customer service skills including phone etiquette, active listening, persuasiveness, and determination. * Persistent and results oriented. * Eager to gain product knowledge. * Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment. * Ability to work under tight deadlines. * Works well independently. * Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite including MS-Word and MS-Excel * Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software applications. * A driver's license is required to travel to trainings as needed. * Automation and industrial product knowledge a plus. * About Us We are an equal opportunity employer.
