WHAT YOU 'LL DO: * Engage with Potential Members - Be the first point of contact for individuals looking to join the Anytime Fitness family. You'll build strong relationships with prospects and show them how our gym can help them achieve their fitness goals! * Promote Memberships & Services - Use your sales skills to drive membership sales and promote our fitness programs, personal training , and other services. You'll introduce new members to a fitness community where they feel supported and empowered! * Give the Best Tour Experience - Show off the gym's top-notch facilities and amenities, and help potential members visualize themselves achieving their goals with personalized, enthusiastic tours. * Provide Outstanding Customer Service - Be the go-to resource for current and potential members, answering their questions, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door. * Create Exciting Member Experiences - Create connections with new members and help them get started on their fitness journey. Make sure they feel excited and supported to reach their goals from day one! * Maintain a Clean and Welcoming Environment - Keeping our gym squeaky clean and well-organized is a top priority. You'll regularly ensure equipment and common areas are tidy, sanitized, and ready for use, providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
