Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team to cover Collier, Lee, and Charlotte County. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective relationship building and strategic outreach. This role requires a blend of inside and outside sales skills, with a focus on B2B interactions, direct sales, and business development. The Sales Representative will utilize tools such as Pool Studio and Excel to manage projects. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base. * Engage in direct sales activities, including presentations and negotiations, to close deals effectively. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities. * Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote products and services. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. * Bilingual is a plus but not required. * Strong skills in inside sales, outside sales, and business development strategies. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Familiarity with cold calling techniques and direct sales methodologies is a plus.
