Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Realtor to join our team. The applicant must be licensed in SC or in the process of obtaining their SC real estate license. The ideal candidate will have a desire for growth within a long term position. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs will be crucial in building lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our goal is to make all of our licensees 6 figure+ earners within their first two years of joining our team. One-on-one coaching/mentoring included for each licensee. Duties * Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. * Manage real estate administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups. * Build a network of contacts within the industry to enhance business opportunities. * Stay informed about local market conditions and developments affecting real estate. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele. * A valid real estate license is required for practice in your state. * A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
