Job Description: Overview : * Represent the company to clients and leads. * Support efficient office operations. * Salary plus bonuses. Responsibilities : * Build and maintain client relationships. * Develop and implement marketing strategies. * Manage calendars and schedule appointments. * Assist with general office duties (phone calls, emails). * Make follow-up and satisfaction calls to clients. * Set appointments and describe services to clients. Skills : * Strong organizational and customer service skills. * Previous home health marketing experience preferred. * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. * Professional appearance and behavior. * Ability to multitask and prioritize. Requirements : * Experience in an office environment. * Ability to pass a background screening. * Preferred experience with ClearCare and at a Home Health Agency. * Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines).
