Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Sales Representative. This individual will work closely with the acquisitions team to identify high-potential properties, negotiate deals, and contribute to the overall growth of our investment portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to dive into the real estate investment industry and contribute to our company's growth. Responsibilities * Property Identification & Analysis: Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties through various sources such as MLS listings, off-market deals, networking, and partnerships. *Negotiation & Deal Structuring: *Lead negotiations with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders. Structure deals that align with company goals and investment strategies. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including asset management, finance, legal, and project management to ensure successful execution of acquisition strategies. * Documentation: Maintain accurate records of acquisitions activities, financial models, and transactions. Report progress to senior management and stakeholders as required. Requirements * Associate's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field * Real Estate/Sales experience is preferred Skills & Competencies: * Strong understanding of local and regional real estate markets and trends. * Expertise in financial modeling and property valuation techniques. * Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close deals. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
