Important Details * Our agents must hold an active Real Estate License in the state of the location you are applying, or you should be willing to take the necessary steps to obtain one. * Similar to traditional real estate agents, our agents operate as independent contractors, working on a 100% commission basis. We offer uncapped commissions. * Unlike traditional realtors who may wait months to close their first transaction, our agents can complete a transaction within their first month and should expect to do 25-30 or more transactions in their first year.
