Client Solutions Advisor (CSA) Location: -- Remote Field-Based Role * Naples, FL * Fort Myers, FL * Punta Gorda, FL Type: Commission-Only to Start (1099) | W-2 Eligible After Performance Milestone Ready to build something real? Start here. Gulf Coast Holidays is growing fast -- and we're hiring founding sales reps in Southwest Florida. You'll be one of the first on the ground, working directly with leadership to grow a lighting company that installs seasonal, permanent, and event lighting across homes, businesses, and commercial properties. This is a door-to-door, field-based sales role. You will be outside. You will get told "no." And if you're any good, you'll turn that into a check. This job isn't for tourists -- it's for salespeople who know how to grind and want their effort to mean something. We don't hand-hold. But we do give you structure, support, and a track to something bigger than just "one more sales gig." What You 'll Be Doing Hitting neighborhoods, doors, and storefronts -- pitching lighting installs face-to-face Following up on leads and closing deals using SalesRabbit (our gamified tracking app) Working alongside a Sales Coordinator (your field mentor) to stay sharp and on track -- not every day, but regularly Starting at 12% commission on your first 3 sales -- paid when the deposit hits What You 'll Earn 1099 to start -- commission-only Convert to W-2 after 10 deals or $25K in closed revenue Commissions paid bi-weekly based on customer deposits Top rookies earn $1,800 -$2,400 in their first 30-45 days Top leaders (team leads or BDMs) are earning $6K -$9K/month and climbing Monthly contests, performance incentives, and a revenue-sharing pool with thresholds tied to company revenue What Changes When You Convert to W-2 Hourly base + lower commission (real income + real benefits) Health, PTO, and paid holidays begin 60 days after W-2 conversion You keep your momentum -- or choose your own lane: grow a residential team or switch to commercial partnerships _ What You Get Access To _ 6+ paid holidays (once W-2): Thanksgiving Christmas Eve & Christmas Day New Year's Eve & New Year's Day Fourth of July Memorial Day Labor Day 1.7 days/month of PTO , with the ability to pull forward or borrow as needed Constant company swag + performance perks Paid travel to installs, trainings, and team events Live leaderboards via SalesRabbit -- compete, climb, and flex Your Growth Options We don't have ceilings.
