Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated route, delivering products to customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients while effectively managing inventory and maximizing sales opportunities. Responsibilities * Drive a commercial vehicle along a designated route to deliver products to customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. * Conduct sales presentations to upsell products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage inventory levels on the truck and ensure accurate product delivery. * Utilize math skills to calculate prices, manage transactions, and handle cash effectively. * Organize daily routes efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. * Ability to drive commercial vehicles; valid driver's license required. * Familiarity with route driving and logistics is a plus. * Basic math skills for pricing calculations and transaction handling. * A proactive approach to upselling products based on customer needs.
