Seeking Self-Motivated, Sales Oriented Top Performers! Description Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and client-focused Legal Intake Specialists to join our legal team. This role combines customer service with sales acumen to ensure that potential clients receive an excellent first impression of our firm. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the intake process, assessing their legal needs, and connecting them with the appropriate legal services. * Key Responsibilities * Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries, providing a professional and empathetic introduction to the firm. * Conduct thorough client intake interviews to gather information, assess legal needs, and determine case viability. * Persuade potential clients of the value of our services by confidently discussing the benefits and outcomes of working with our firm. * Prepare Engagement Letters and Trust Requests for Retainers * Assist Client's with financing options and accept payments. * Coordinate consultations and appointments between prospective clients and attorneys. * Accurately input client information into the firm's case management system (e.g., Clio) and maintain organized records of all interactions. * Proactively follow up with leads who have not yet retained the firm to provide additional information and address concerns. * Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates and response times, to support business development goals. * Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. * Create videos and make in-person presentations in the community. * Set, meet, and exceed all sales goals and KPIs * Increase Brand Awareness and Market Share * Maintain high ethical standards and compliance with applicable Texas Rules of Professional Discipline * Assist with growth and expansion into other markets. * Qualifications: * Proven experience in customer service or sales role (experience in a law firm is a plus). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Strong sales skills and a client-focused mindset. * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) or case management software. (Training on Yale Law Firm's custom CRM provided) * A high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive client information. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed. * Compensation* : Commission plus bonuses for meeting and exceeding personal and team KPIs.
