We are seeking a Pawn Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Responsibilities: * Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers * Intake items from customers for Pawn purposes * Prospect and contact potential customers * Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments * Create sales material to present to customers Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills for purchasing and selling * Strong Math Skills expected * Must be Self-Motivated * Computer savvy * Deadline and detail-oriented is a must * Must be able to pass a background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Smyrna, GA 30080 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Smyrna, GA 30080: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
