Job Overview We're seeking a dependable and motivated Real Estate Field Assistant to join our team full-time. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move and takes pride in delivering quality support. You'll be our on-the- ground presence--handling showings, photographing units, and assisting with day-to-day fieldwork across various properties. Responsibilities * Conduct property showings for prospective tenants * Take high-quality photos of units for listings * Perform regular property checks and inspections * Install and manage lockboxes and signage * Coordinate access with vendors, tenants, and clients * Deliver documents or keys between locations as needed * Post Notices for all departments Requirements * Valid driver's license and clean DMV record (mandatory) * Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally * Excellent time management and communication skills * Professional demeanor and customer service mindset * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Previous real estate, leasing, or fieldwork experience is a plus (but not required) * Candidate must be tech-savvy Join our team as a Real Estate Assistant and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service in the real estate industry!
