Minco Tool & Mold, Inc is an industry leader in injection mold building, tooling and high precision machining serving the automotive, appliance, consumer goods, aerospace, defense, energy and other strong markets. We are currently looking for a Program Manager to help grow and support our current customer base. The Program Manager position requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with a solid work history and proven communication skills. Must have proven experience in sales and successfully managing projects from design through completion. * Grow sales in emerging markets. * Communicate with customer representatives such as engineers, purchasing and other professional and technical personnel. * Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and problem resolution. * Create quotes and project proposals. * Establish work plans for projects. * Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. * Review engineering data and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates. * Review status reports and modify schedules or plans as required. * Prepare project reports for management, customers, and/or others. * Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required * 4-10 Years of project management experience desired * Proven negotiation and sales experience * Experience in aerospace & defense sectors a major plus * Technical experience (Mechanical, Design, Print Reading) * Tooling, Molding, Machining experience desired * Strong Written, Verbal and Interpersonal Communication Skills * Great Attitude and willingness to learn Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: * Dayton, OH 45414: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
