You must be a flexible, positive team player that is enthusiastic to change and handle new assignments as well as committed to providing expert customer service and work easily with others. You must be willing and feel comfortable working on the phone. Attention to detail is extremely important as well. You will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, increase loyalty, drive revenue by retaining existing customers, building positive customer experiences, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to keep customers engaged.
