The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in P&C sales, possess a strong background in the outbound call sales model with the ability to build relationships and drive results. This role requires a proactive approach to engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. As a Insurance Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. Duties * Engage with customers through internet leads and cold calls. * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions to meet those needs. * Negotiate and close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Skills * Georgia Property and Casualty insurance license. * Georgia Life and Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 60 days. * Proven experience in agency sales or telemarketing are required. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Familiarity with insurance sales is required.
