New Vehicle Sales Consultant The New Car Sales Consultant will assist clients in the purchase and ownership experience while providing an excellent level of service. Job Responsibilities * Prospects for new clients * Accountable for departmental performance standards; "Customer Service Index", "Gross Average", and vehicles sold * Has proper knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications * Reviews, updates and manages inventory reports daily * Prepares and reviews monthly plan with NC Sales Director * Creates and executes strategy for increasing market share * Completes all aspects of the sales process including delivery of the vehicles * Attends weekly department meetings Requirements, Education and/or Experience Experience, education and training a PLUS Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug test, and criminal background check Must have sales license (where applicable) Benefits: * Medical/Dental/Vision/Life * 401(k) with company match * Paid vacation * Employee discounts * Drug Free work environment * E.O.E Company Overview Since 1938, The Gillman Companies have been a family-owned and operated group of automobile dealerships.
