You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home. If you can't wait to get started, apply today!Compensation: $103,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: * Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction * Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers * Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options * Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market * Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home * Respond promptly and professionally to high-quality inbound buyer and seller leads provided by Zillow Flex. * Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and timelines. * Coordinate and conduct property showings, maintaining strong communication and providing insightful market information to clients. * Write competitive and accurate offers, ensuring clients are informed and confident throughout negotiations. * Utilize our CRM systems to diligently track leads, client interactions, and follow-ups. * Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities provided by the Obsidian Group. * Commit to continuous prospecting, follow-up, and lead nurturing to maintain a robust pipeline of future business. * Guide clients effectively from initial inquiry through closing, delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive client experiences that lead to referrals and repeat business.
