TEAM: CUSTOMER OPERATIONS JOB OVERVIEW: At NCCI, join our Customer Operations division in the role of an Analyst on our Assigned Risk team reviewing insurance applications and determining eligibility and proper classifications. In this role, youll have the opportunity to learn about the workers compensation industry and our role in it. WHAT YOULL DO: * Review workers compensation insurance applications for accuracy and gather additional information to analyze and determine eligibility, the proper classification, and appropriate pricing * Learn workers compensation industry terminology, rules, and how to explain these rules to our customers * Apply regulatory rules and regulations to issue binders * Utilize online tools, systems, and resources to assist in the review and processing of applications * Interact professionally with our customers, including agents, carriers, or employers on the phone * Meet and exceed the quality, timeliness, production, and phone compliance metrics that make you and your team successful WHAT IT TAKES: * Bachelor's degree, experience in an analytical customer service position; preferably in the insurance industry, finance, or banking * In lieu of a bachelors degree, you may qualify with an associate's degree and 3+ years of related experience * Ability to analyze and problem solve with a quality mind-set * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Professional, customer-focused, and friendly attitude WHAT YOULL RECEIVE: * Starting base salary of $50,000 plus a targeted annual 7% performance bonus * Monday through Friday schedule: Must be willing and able to work a primary shift Monday through Friday of 9am-6pm, and an occasional shift from 11am-8pm on a rotational basis * Phenomenal work environment with perks, which includes on-site fitness center, day care, restaurant and coffee shop, employee activities, and sports leagues * A wonderful team of fun, caring, and friendly people to work with * Fantastic benefits package thats hard to find in South Florida WHO TO CONTACT: Marie Granning, Talent Acquisition Director Email: [please apply online] EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY NCCI Holdings, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
