Who You Are You're a people person who values trust, clear communication, and doing what's right. You might have a background in roofing, construction, or home improvement--and you're ready to bring that knowledge to a role where your relationships and integrity matter just as much as your results. What You 'll Do * Build strong, long-term relationships with homeowners by understanding their needs and offering real solutions. * Conduct roof inspections, educate clients on their options, and guide them through the decision-making process. * Present proposals, close deals professionally, and ensure a seamless hand-off to our production team. * Maintain accurate records in our CRM and stay engaged with your clients before, during, and after the project. * Participate in ongoing training, role plays, and team collaboration to continuously grow and improve. * Uphold our standards of safety, professionalism, and honest representation of both our brand and our vendor partners.
