Rosing Paint Center is a fast pace, high intensity, work environment in the paint and coatings industry. Potential applicants will need to be highly functional in a team atmosphere, and be able to complete multiple tasks at one time. All applicants must be able to fulfill their obligation to the paint store staffing schedule. Applicants will be servicing wholesale, commercial, and retail customers to the highest professional standards. They will assist customers in person, online, and over the phone, while determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. This involves confirming that sales transactions are completed accurately, keeping accurate work order files and formulas, pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and tinting and mixing them to customer specifications. This position will also stock shelves, clean store equipment and refill product literature and samples. Prior paint industry experience preferred, but exceptions made for highly qualified applicants. Basic Qualifications : * Must be able to custom tint paint, stains, and lacquer therefore, must be able to distinguish the difference between colors. * Former paint industry sales preferred * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status. * Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. * Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone. * High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED). * A valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in a sales, or customer service position in the paint and coatings industry. * Team player mentality a must * Customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability and willingness to work scheduled hours.
