Key duties include developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and leading a sales team to success. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management. * Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and sales targets * Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales objectives * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders * Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify business opportunities * Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met * Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective operations * Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations * Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly * High levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly What We 're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field * Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading successful sales teams * Waste Management or a related industry experience preferred * Proven leadership and team management skills * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications * Valid driver's license and clean driving record
