The Northwoods Corporation is seeking to hire a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Job Responsibilities Include : * Focus on providing exceptional service to our clients. * Support Account Managers and Producers day to day activities. * Prepare renewal questionnaires and engage customers to ensure a smooth renewal process. * Receiving and handling phone calls from clients. * Prepare insurance forms/documents (identification cards, certificates, endorsements, schedules, etc.). * Process other insurance transactions to provide customer service and support efforts to acquire and retain profitable business. * Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns. * Document and update customer records based on interactions. * What 's In It for You: * Competitive salary * Great Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, and LTD) * Educational and growth opportunities * Paid holidays (including your birthday), PTO, and Vacation * Very generous 401K match. * Family-like work environment The ideal candidate should possess a NYS Property and Casualty License. Further, the ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of Commercial Lines experience. At The Northwoods Corporation, the Account Managers work closely with producers and other Account managers in a capacity that will enable them to gain experiences that will take their career to the next level.
