Full description of the position

Envera Systems , a Florida-based, rapidly growing, electronic security company, secures hundreds of gated communities and parks, including gate access and amenities such as clubhouses, pools, tennis courts, etc. Envera's state-of-the-art central station operates 24 hours a day / 365 days a year, protecting the assets of communities and efficiently screening visitors virtually from the central station. Envera is currently in search of experienced Sales Professionals to sell proprietary sales solutions to prospective customers that include the board of home owners associations, condominium associations, and community development districts. * Responsibilities include: * Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with prospective customers and existing customers and in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization * Calling on existing and prospective customers by telephone and in-person visits and presentations. * Conducting fact finding site walks and meetings to determine the willingness and qualification of prospective prospects * Establishing timelines, decision makers and decision making process for each opportunity * Researching sources to develop prospective customers and determine their potential * Develops clear and effective written communication for their current and prospective customers * Expedites the resolution of customer concerns or issues as they arise * Regularly communicating with management and peers regarding customer needs, concerns, and interests through written reports, emails, etc. * Preparing detailed reports of daily activity through the company's CRM * Keeping abreast of product applications, technical abilities, market conditions, competitive activities advertising and promotional materials available through internal and external sources. * Participating in tradeshows, conventions afterhours networking functions, and board meetings * Qualifications include: Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * 3 - 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience * Security Industry experience Skills/Knowledge * Consultative Value based Sales * A strong presenter and independent thinker, driven by results with self-motivation and exceptional problem-solving skills * Effective Verbal and Written Communication * Computer Proficient (MS Office, Contact Management Software) Other Requirements: * Valid Driver's License * Must be able to pass criminal background and drug test
