Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with clients, showcase our products, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team. Duties * Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with product selection and inquiries. * Conduct direct sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for business development and growth. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. * Support inside sales efforts by following up on leads and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Experience * Proven experience in customer service or direct sales is preferred. * Familiarity with sales management principles and techniques is a plus. * Background in business development or inside sales is desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
