We're looking for a driven and passionate Inside Sales Specialist to help us reach prospective clientele nationwide to enhance our expanding business portfolio and to sell two unmatched software products nationwide in an underserved niche. Our Sales Specialist role is responsible for identifying business opportunities in addition to building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients. A successful Sales Specialist has strong interpersonal skills and is receptive to coaching. Responsibilities: * Develop prospect lists in a targeted market and properly input data into company CRM (Hubspot) * Conduct market research in assigned markets to understand competitive landscape, potential partner organizations and market need. * Contact potential customers to develop relationships and sales through various mediums, primarily phone and e-mail. * Schedule appointments for account executives to demonstrate our product to identify a potential fit * Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales. * Prospect new CRM data previously compiled to arrange product demonstrations. * Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process * Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership * Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and assist with execution * Travel (costs paid by company) when necessary to meet with prospects and attend trade shows * Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Sales Experience: 2 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Buffalo, NY 14226: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
