We're seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ (commission based) Responsibilities: * Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points * Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice * Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities * Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities * Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel Qualifications: * Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike * A consistent top performer in sales * High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred * 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience * Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills * Strong Negotiation Skills and ability to close high-value deals. * Proficiency in CRM (customer relationship management) software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment. * High level of professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional client service. * Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property showings & client meetings. * Must have or be pursuing a Kansas Real Estate License About Company Our Vision is to be the company of choice for smart, energetic, and fun Real Estate professionals to grow through teamwork, leverage, ongoing training, and growth.
