Responsibilities: - Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. - Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. - Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers. - Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment. - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Requirements: - Experience in product demos - Proficiency in basic math - Excellent phone etiquette - Knowledge of wireless sales - Ability to sell effectively - Experience with cash register operations - Skill in cash handling - Understanding of technology sales - Familiarity with POS systems.
