Are you a real estate agent looking to take their business to a new level? Have you just gotten your license and are looking to join forces with a skilled team to help you better serve new clients? Whether you are just starting a career in real estate or you are a seasoned pro, NHG could be the team for you. Our onboarding process, ongoing training, and personal accountability has a proven record of helping even the newest of agents close their first deal within their first 2-3 months. Our fully trained agents consistently close $1 million in sales within the first quarter. NHG provides daily accountability, weekly team coaching, and dedicated monthly check-ins to help coach you to your personal goals. Our in-house administrative team and CRM work hand-in- hand to help market your business and monitor transactions so that you can focus on the activities that will get you more business. What You Can Expect From Us: - Team-provided leads, ready for you to contact! - Accountability to your goals and the activities needed to achieve them - Dedicated office space - Marketing direct to your COI on your behalf - Branded marketing materials, retaining your individual business identity while taking advantage of our reputation and branding - Administrative support and transaction coordination from signed agency to the closing table - Ongoing training and masterminding - Support and a sense of community among the team, with monthly outings What We Can Expect From You: - Licensed in the state of Missouri and/or Kansas - Consistency in contacting team-provided leads and COI - Ability to drive around Kansas City and surrounding areas for showings - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - HUNGRY for success and willingness to put in the work - HUMBLE in sharing success and ready to be coached and held accountable - SMART in communication and interpersonal relationships with clients, vendors, and admin Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Choose your own hours Application Question(s): * Do you have a real estate license in the state of Missouri and/or Kansas? * If not, are you currently enrolled in the real estate licensing class for either Missouri and/or Kansas?
