Our growing Service Department at Ditch Witch Sales in Atlanta, GA has an immediate employment opportunity available for Service Coordinator. Qualified candidates must have outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of teamwork and excellent customer service skills. Work week is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Job duties include but are not limited to: * Handle customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction standards. * Listen to requests of the service desired and clearly explain information on the repair order. * Dispatch jobs while consulting with the shop Foreman. * Estimate the cost and time needed to do the repair, while considering the customer's schedule. * Periodically check on the progress of the equipment during servicing and contact the customer when technicians discover additional problems; get customer approval to do additional work and explain the work performed and the charges being billed. Collect payment from customers. * Verify, finalize, and key all repair orders. * Track technician hours. * Pull parts for technicians and post to repair orders. * File warranty claims with vendors.
