At Keller Williams St. Johns , we're seeking a Real Estate Coach for the Mighty Middle - the agents who rank in the top 50% of our office and are on the brink of greatness. They're talented. They're hungry. They just need YOU. What You'll Be Doing: * Guiding agents through the entire transaction process - from contracts to closings. * Coaching them on listings, buyers, lead generation, and time management. * Consulting on mindset, growth strategies, and next-level goal setting. * Creating custom business plans focused on profitability and wealth-building. * Being the go-to for real estate advice, best practices, and accountability. Who You Are: * A seasoned coach or mentor in the real estate world (required). * A visionary who can design and launch a killer coaching program that gets results. * A great communicator, motivator, and advocate for agent success. * Familiar with all the "real stuff" agents deal with - and excited to roll up your sleeves and help. * Someone who thrives on collaboration and culture - and wants to make a massive impact.
