Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. As a key player in our business development strategy, you will help facilitate connections between potential customers and our sales team. Responsibilities * Engage with customers through outbound sales calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. * Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and inventory management to support effective decision-making. * Collaborate with the sales support team to develop strategies that enhance customer outreach and improve conversion rates. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner. * Assist in market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the automotive sector. * Foster relationships with customers by being knowledgeable about our products and services, ensuring their needs are met. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service, preferably in automotive sales or related fields. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales analysis. * Experience in outbound sales or outside sales is highly desirable. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our outreach capabilities. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping and follow-up.
