Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Training Representative to join our fast-paced remote sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, setting appointments, driving real estate and home service sales, training, mentoring and managing new representatives. The ideal candidate has strong direct sales experience, leadership potential, and the ability to master new skills quickly and train others on proven sales systems. Responsibilities * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. * Track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and report on performance metrics. * Effectively train and teach new representatives. * Maintain a daily quota of revenue generated. Requirements * Proven experience in direct sales. * Strong skills in closing & building rapport quickly. * Experience training new hires. * Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. * Familiarity with basic computer functions.
